Everything about my stay was nice, recommend. The apartment was stunning with location just off beaches and restaurants and many bars. I enjoyed its views over the sea. The staff were amazingly nice here.

During my recent business trip to Ksamil, my director selected Vila Cerca De Mar as our accommodation. I must say, it was a fantastic choice! The private beach area was just what I needed after a long day of meetings. Equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, I was able to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning views of the crystal-clear waters. It truly offered a peaceful and tranquil escape, spanning a spacious 40 words.

As for any minor concerns, I would have loved to have a hotplate to cook with during my stay.

The rooms at Vila Cerca De Mar are air-conditioned, which was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. It kept me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. I loved that each room had a flat-screen TV. It was perfect for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows after a long day of exploring. The air-conditioned accommodation at Baci Apartments was a dream. It made my stay so much more enjoyable, especially during the warm evenings. The private bathroom in the air-conditioned rooms was a great convenience. It had everything I needed and was always clean and well-maintained. The apartment had an electric kettle, microwave, and seating area. It was like having a mini kitchen, which was perfect for enjoying cozy meals and hot beverages. I appreciated that the apartment had an electric kettle. It made it easy for me to make tea or coffee whenever I wanted, without having to leave the room. Each room at the hotel was equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was a refreshing relief from the summer heat. The apartment featured air conditioning, which was a blessing during the hot days. It kept the room cool and allowed me to sleep comfortably. I liked that the apartment had a sofa. It was a cozy spot to unwind and lounge after a day of activities. The private bathroom in the apartment came with a shower. It was clean and had good water pressure, making for a refreshing bathing experience.

Personally, I didn't use the microwave in the apartment. But I can see how it could be useful for others who prefer to cook their meals.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. the location was perfect, just 50m from the sea and within walking distance of everything in the village. the beach, although crowded, was easily accessible and we could always take a quick swim and return to our room. the owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. They provided us with valuable local knowledge that enhanced our experience. Having a reserved parking spot in front of the hotel was also very convenient.

We got great value for our money at Vila Cerca De Mar. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a lovely view from the balcony. The location was superb, just a couple of minutes away from multiple beautiful beaches, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket right across the street. The host was incredibly friendly, considerate, and always ready to help. We were impressed by the thorough daily cleaning and frequent towel and linen changes. We had such a fantastic time that we even extended our stay. I highly recommend staying at Vila Cerca De Mar!

The morning meal could be improved with more variety.

As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed by the impeccable cleanliness and the fresh aroma. The room was well-maintained with daily quality cleaning. The furniture was new and of high quality, and the towels and bed were clean and comfortable. I felt safe with the reception desk always staffed and the presence of cameras for added security. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with the beach, shops, supermarkets, and various cafes all within a short distance. Plus, it was just a few steps away from the sea, allowing for easy access to the beach.

I always choose this place for my stay because it's amazing! The staff is so helpful; they gave me great local info during my first stay. The amenities suit me perfectly - Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I can't wait to come back for New Year!

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is close to many bars and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the local cuisine. it is close to the port in Saranda, providing easy access to nearby islands. the hotel is also close to the city center, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. And of course, being close to the beach is a major advantage, allowing for a quick and easy dip in the sea. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The only downside is the lack of a pool for those who prefer swimming in a controlled environment.

The owners were very helpful and even gave us a ride to the port. The room was clean and centrally located, making it easy to access the nearby beaches. The staff went above and beyond and their local knowledge enhanced our stay.

The beds were quite hard and not very comfortable. There was also a lack of sound insulation, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully as we could hear everything happening inside and outside the hotel.
